Patriarch of Serbia Porfirije receives UK special envoy for western Balkans, Lord Peach

The Patriarch of Serbia, His Holiness Porfirije, on Tuesday received the United Kingdom’s special envoy for the western Balkans, Lord Stuart Peach, at the Patriarchate seat in Belgrade.
Both sides agreed over the need to strengthen dialogue over significant issues, both at the international level and in the Balkans.

On his part, Lord Peach particularly emphasized the role of the Serbian Orthodox Church in such a dialogue.
