Anniversary of canonization of St. Ephraim of Nea Makri

Today marks the 12-year anniversary of a decision by the Sacred and Holy Synod of the Ecumenical Patriarchate of Constantinople to canonize Newly Revealed St. Ephraim of Nea Makri, a 15th century martyr and miracle-worker.
The Pemptousia platform has posted a documentary on the life and martyrdom of this beloved saint of the Greek Orthodox Church.
