Holy Relic of St. Polycarp Translated to Cathedral of Transformation of the Savior in Kordelio

A Holy Relic of St. Polycarp, the Martyr Bishop of Smyrna, was welcomed on Monday at the Holy Cathedral of the Transformation of the Savior, in the Kordelio district of the northern city of Thessaloniki.
The Holy Relic was welcomed by the resident Metropolitan of Neapolis and Stavroupolis, His Eminence Barnabas, accompanied by clerics of the Metropolis and numerous faithful, in the cathedral’s courtyard.
