His Eminence Archbishop Elpidophoros of America was welcomed by His Eminence Metropolitan Gerasimos of San Francisco and His Grace Bishop Ioannis of Phocaea, along with clergy, laity and children upon his arrival to Portland, Oregon on Thursday, June 22, 2023. This visit coincided with the four-year Enthronement Anniversary of Archbishop Elpidophoros as Archbishop of America. AXIOS!
