September 16, 2024, His Eminence Archbishop Elpidophoros of America welcomed the new Consul General of Greece in New York, Iphigenia Kanara, to the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America and offered her many blessings as she begins her new position. Also present at the meeting were Their Graces Bishops Athenagoras of Nazianzos and Nektarios of Diokleia.
