Archbishop of Australia Makarios’ message on occasion of Australia Day

The Archbishop of Australia, His Eminence Makarios, referred to the values of unity, mutual understanding and respect, which are deeply rooted in Australian society, as he said, in his message for Thursday’s Australia Day, a national holiday in the island continent nation.
His Eminence also proudly underlined what he called contribution of the Greek Diaspora in shaping the modern and distinct identity of Australian society.
