Archimandrite Nikodemos Anagnostopoulos, as the new Chancellor of the Archdiocese of Thyateira and Great Britain

It is with great joy we announce the appointment of the Very Rev. Archimandrite Nikodemos Anagnostopoulos, as the new Chancellor of the Archdiocese of Thyateira and Great Britain, replacing His Grace Bishop Athanasios of Tropaiou, to whom we express the Archdiocese’s and the Archbishop’s gratitude for his many years of service in this most demanding position.

The new Chancellor is an academic, a clergyman who has served the Church for twenty-five years and has already proven his fruitful ecclesiastical ministry and possesses extensive administrative experience and consequently, the pertinent knowledge and ability to assume the many responsibilities assigned to him.

The new chancellor will officially take up office on March, 1 2020 and will be available for all matters within the framework of his responsibilities regarding the Clergy and the Communities of the Archdiocese.
