Best wishes for Archbishop Ieronymos

Several office-holders, ministers, local government officials and military officers conveyed their best wishes this week to Archbishop of Athens and All Greece, His Beatitude Ieronymos, on the occasion of his name day, held on the feast day of Our Righteous Father Ieronymos, and during a dinner hosted by the Primate of the Church of Greece in the township of Zaltsa, in the south-central prefecture of Viotia.
Further to the east, on the eastern Mediterranean island of Cyprus, the feast day of St. Trifyllios, the patron saint of Nicosia, was celebrated on Wednesday, instead of June 13, as this year the feast day coincided with the Monday of the Holy Spirit.
