Church of Greece’s Standing Holy Synod to convene this week, via teleconference format

Members of the Standing Holy Synod of the Autocephalous Orthodox Church of Greece will convene – via teleconference – in Athens this week for three straight days, beginning on Tuesday.
The Archbishop of Athens and All Greece, His Beatitude Ieronymos, will chair the sessions of the Holy Synod sessions. The current year marks the 164th synodical period for the Church of Greece’s Holy Syond.
