Church service in tent in quake-struck region of central Greece

The Metropolitan of Elassona, in central Greece, His Eminence Chariton, officiated at a Church service in a tent in the village of Damasi, over the weekend, as many cathedrals and chapels in the region have sustained damages for last week’s 6R earthquake.

Hundreds of residents in the villages of Tyrnavos and Elassona continued to camp outside their residences.
