Reports in Athens this week have the relevant civil protection authority extending, for another week, pandemic-related restrictions in the greater Athens area, or alternatively, easing restrictions on some activities, namely, in the retail sector, as of March 1.
Final decisions will be announced on Friday.

Meanwhile, the level of immunity in the country against the Covid-19 virus is calculated at 8 percent of the general population, with roughly 6 percent attributed to people that have received the Pfizer-BionTech vaccine, and 2 percent to people who have previously been infected with the virus.
