Doxology service in Warsaw by resident Archbishop Sawa and visiting Archbishop of Albania Anastasios

A Doxology service at the Cathedral of St. Mary Magdalene in Warsaw was co-officiated on Wednesday by the resident Archbishop and Metropolitan of All Poland, His Beatitude Sawa, and visiting Archbishop of Durres, Tirana and All Albania, His Beatitude Anastasios.
The solemn service included prayers for the Polish and Albanian Churches and for world peace, especially in war-torn Ukraine.
In his welcoming address, Metropolitan Sawa underlined that the Primate of the Albania Church will receive an honorary doctorate from the Christian Theological Academy of Warsaw, as recognition for his missionary work in Africa and Albania.
