Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew officiated at Divine Liturgy at Church of the Holy Archdiocese of Constantinople
The Ecumenical Patriarch on Constantinople, His All Holiness Bartholomew I, on the occasion of Monday’s great feast of the Entrance of the Most Holy Theotokos to the Temple, officiated at the Divine Liturgy at the Church of the Archdiocese of Constantinople, in the Stavrodromi parish of the ancient Bosporus metropolis.
Several Metropolitans of the Patriarchal Throne co-officiated, with the Gospel peached by the visiting Church of Greece’s Metropolitan of Polyana and Kilkis, His Eminence Bartholomew.
The patriarchal service was attended by numerous faithful of the Greek community of Constantinople, pilgrims, hierarchs, clerics, diplomats and a group of graduates of the Zographeion School who arrived from abroad.
