Exact replica of wonder-working icon of Panagia Gorgoipikoos conveyed to Monastery of Panagia Theoskepastos of Sohos

An exact replica of the holy and miraculous icon of the Panagia Gorgoipikoos, or Quick to Hear, was conveyed on Monday to the Monastery of Panagia Theoskepastos of Sohos, in northern Greece, a glebe of the Holy Monastery of Docheiariou of Mount Athos.

The holy icon was conveyed by the Abbot of the Monastery, Elder Archimandrite Amphilochios, followed by a con-celebratory Service for the Forefeast of the Nativity of the Theotokos, the Virgin Mary.
