Feature on Archdiocese of Athens’ support programs for motherhood, families in general

A feature posted on the pages of the Orthodoxia News Agency this week details the actions and initiatives of the Holy Archdiocese of Athens to support and back motherhood and families, in general. The Archdiocese of Athens, the largest and most prominent of Orthodox Metropolises in Greece, grants benefits to eligible families, as well as employing social workers, physicians, psychologists and legal advisers to solve problems faced by families.

Additionally, the Archdiocese’s programs aim to reinforce the legal concept of the family and to formulate a policy for the nuclear family at all social, legal and political levels.
