Female choir of Metropolis of Neapolis & Stavroupolis performs in Constantinople

The female choir of the Holy Metropolis of Neapolis and Stavroupolis, in the greater Thessaloniki area, this week performed in Constantinople, following an invitation by the Ecumenical Patriarchate’s Metropolitan of Kydonies, His Eminence Athinagoras.
According to a press release by the northern Greece metropolis, the performance was based on the life of the Ecumenical Patriarch, His All Holiness Bartholomew I, as seen through the lens of late photographer Nikos Manginas, the official photographer of the Patriarchate and a long-time associate and friend of His All Holiness.
Members of the choir worshipped at the All-Sacred Patriarchal Cathedral of St. George, and received a blessing from the Patriarch of the Mother Church.
