From 18-19 October, The First Pan-Australian Clergy Synaxis
During the two days of October 18 and 19, 2022, at the initiative of His Eminence Archbishop Makarios of Australia, the first Pan-Australian Clergy Synaxis will be held in Sydney with the theme: “Priesthood: From Secularization to Ecclesiastical Attitude”.
Speakers from Constantinople, Greece and Australia have been invited to the Synaxis, and will attend to address the synaxis.
On the second day of the Synaxis, Wednesday 19 October, in the multi-purpose hall of the High School of the Greek Orthodox College of St. Spyridon (1130 Anzac Pde, Maroubra), a Poly-Hierarchical Divine Liturgy will be celebrated, presided over by His Eminence Archbishop Makarios of Australia.
