Greek education and religious affairs minister visits Ecumenical Patriarchate
The Ecumenical Patriarch of Constantinople, His All Holiness Bartholomew I, on Friday received visiting Greek education and religious affairs minister Niki Kerameos at the Fanar-district Patriarchate.
Kerameos was accompanied by the ministry’s general secretary, Georgios Kalantzis.
During the meeting, Church hierarchs serving as members of the Ecumenical Patriarchate’s Holy and Sacred Synod were also in attendance.
The Greek delegation is on a two-day official visit to Turkey, including a visit to the Zagrafeion School, where 54 pupils are currently enrolled, and are instructed by 18 secondary level educators.
