His Grace Bishop Elpidios of Kyaneon conducted the blessing at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) for the commencement of the Orthodox Christian Fellowshiprthodox Archdiocese of Australia

Today, Monday 22 of February, His Grace Bishop Elpidios of Kyaneon, at the invitation of Fr Athanasios Giatsios, Parish Priest of St Catherine in Mascot, conducted the blessing at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) for the commencement of the Orthodox Christian Fellowship. During the service His Grace and Fr Athanasios were assisted by John Kokkinos, who is a UNSW Scientia PhD student and together with a team of medical researchers have achieved a unique milestone in the fight against pancreatic cancer. His Grace thanked the university students for giving him the opportunity to relive his younger years as a university student and reminded everyone that we are continuously learning from each other even after graduation. His Grace then joined Fr Athanasios and all the students in the university cafeteria for coffee.
