Holy Cincture of the Theotokos in Piraeus

Thousands of faithful continued to arrive at the St. Nicholas Cathedral of Piraeus to venerate the Holy Cincture of the Theotokos, the All-Holy Virgin Mary.

The Holy Cincture was conveyed to the cathedral last Saturday from the Holy and Great Monastery of Vatopedi, and will remain at the specific parish until Sunday.

The Holy Cincture was conveyed to Piraeus by the Elder Archimandrite Ephraim, the Abbot of the Holy and Great Monastery of Vatopedi, who was accompanied by Vatopedi Elders.

Pemptousia television has live-streamed all of the services from the St. Nicholas cathedral, as well as the procession and welcoming of the Holy Relic of the earthly life of the Theotokos.
