Yesterday, the Holy Synod of the Patriarchate of Antioch began its work in Balamand, Lebanon, 19 October 2023, under the presidency of His Beatitude Patriarch John X of Antioch with the participation of the synod bishops.
The Holy Synod of the Patriarchate of Antioch will focus on major challenges and the canonisation of new Saints.
