Memorial service for those fallen in the Holy Church of the Prophet Elias in Damascus
On Sunday, the 16th/29th of June 2025, upon the completion of one week since the terrorist bombing attack in the Holy Church of the Prophet Elias in Damascus, a Memorial service was held in the Basilica of the Nativity in Bethlehem for the repose of the souls of our Orthodox brethren who were unjustly slain during the hour of prayer.
Presiding over this sacred Memorial was His Eminence Benedictos, Metropolitan of Diocaesarea, Patriarchal Representative in Bethlehem.
