Metropolis of Korea: Αnnual Summer International Food Festival
On Sunday, June 16, 2019, after the Divine Liturgy of Pentecost, the Annual Summer International Food Festival took place this year in the courtyard of the Cathedral of St Nicholas in Seoul.
The participation in the festival of Koreans, Russians, Ukrainians, Belarusians, Romanians, Greeks, Americans, Europeans and other Orthodox believers was great. Also, numerous non-Orthodox Koreans from the wider region participated in it.
The fact of the unity of all Orthodox without ethnoracial discrimination was particularly important for the Orthodox Witness to the non-Orthodox.
We express our warm thanks and sincere gratitude to all those who offered the materials and to those who volunteered to prepare the dishes and make them available to the attendees.
We also thank the members of the Orthodox Youth SYNDESMOS for collaborating with unfailing zeal and for their substantial help in organizing the festival.
