Metropolitan Hilarion completes his visit to Bulgaria

On 10 October 2019, Metropolitan Hilarion of Volokolamsk, chairman of the Moscow Patriarchate’s Department for External Church Relations, currently on a visit to Bulgaria, visited the Metropolia of Pleven. He visited the Church of St. Paraskeva and met and talked with Metropolitan Ignatij of Pleven.
The next day Metropolitan Hilarion departed for homeland. He was seen off by Ambassador Anatoly Makarov, Bishop Gerasim of Melnik and Archimandrite Vassian (Zmeyev).
