New Year’s message by Patriarch of All Romania Daniel to Romanian faithful throughout the world

The Patriarch of All Romania, His Beatitude Daniel, issued his best wishes for the New Year, in a videotaped message towards Romanian Orthodox faithful around the world.

The Patriarchate of Romania has recorded numerous initiatives and actions over the years for expatriate Romanians, aimed at keeping the faithful connected with their paternal and spiritual roots, especially during the Twelvetide, the period between the great feast day of the Nativity of Jesus to the Epiphany, on Jan. 6, as celebrated with the Gregorian calendar.
