Orthodox Church in Montenegro calls on citizens to respect, implement Covid-19 measures

The Episcopal council of bishops of the Metropolitanate of Montenegro and the Littoral this week called on citizens in the small Adriatic country to respect and faithfully implement public health measures in order prevent exposure to the Covid-19 virus.

A communiqué issued by the council of bishops of the Serbian Orthodox Church in Montenegro referred to a very complicated and possibly extremely dangerous public health situation in Montenegro, in tandem with the daily increase in the number of confirmed coronavirus infections.
