Outdoor services, Divine Liturgy at cathedrals in Romania

The Patriarch of All Romania, His Beatitude Daniel, welcomed back often tearful worshipers to cathedrals this week for attendance at holy services and the Divine Liturgy, although the latter are still conducted in outdoor areas just outside places of worship.
The development comes after Romanian authorities eased coronavirus-related restrictions.
