Patriarch of Alexandria Theodoros continues pastoral visit to DR Congo

Speaking on the Sunday of Orthodoxy from the city of Kananga, in the Democratic Republic of Congo, the Pope and Patriarch of Alexandria and All Africa, His Most Divine Beatitude Theodoros II, told the gathered faithful that it was unthinkable that civilians, women and children, are being killed in warfare.
The Primate of the apostolic Patriarchate of Alexandria continued a week-long pastoral visit to the vast African country, where on Sunday he officiated at the con-celebratory Divine Liturgy at the Holy Cathedral of St. Andrew in Kananga.
