Patriarch of All Africa concludes tour of Tanzania

The Pope and Patriarch of Alexandria and All Africa, His Divine Beatitude Theodoros II, completed his tour this week of the Orthodox diocese in central Tanzania.

The Primate of the Orthodox Church of Africa expressed his thanks to the Bishop of Arusha and central Tanzania, His Grace Agathonicus, and the other Orthodox clerics for their pastoral, missionary and humanitarian efforts.

Theodoros also thanked the Archbishop of Athens and All Greece, Metropolitans of the Church of Greece and all of the Orthodox faithful for their continued support of the Alexandria Patriarchate’s missionary work in the rest of Africa.
