Patriarch of All Romania officiates at Divine Liturgy on Feast Day of Daniel the Prophet

The Patriarch of All Romania, His Beatitude Daniel, on Tuesday officiated at an archieratical Divine Liturgy at the Patriarchal Cathedral in Bucharest, on the occasion of the Feast Day of Daniel the Prophet.

The Primate of the Romanian Orthodox Church thanked the attending hierarchs for their best wishes on the occasion of his name day, in honor of the Prophet Daniel, while adding “… We live in an era when language has been downgraded, and when words lose their spiritual power, and are not accompanied by visible and specific events. We must show, with acts, what we preach through an academic and pastoral theology.”
