The Patriarch of Serbia, His Holiness Irinej, met on Monday with Serbian President Alexander Vučić. The latter briefed the Primate of the Serbian Orthodox Church over political developments in the SE European country and economic progress, which he attributed to fiscal reforms.

On his part, the Serbian Patriarch thanked Vučić for the assistance and devotion by the state towards the completion of the St. Sava Cathedral in Belgrade’s VRAčar plateau.
