Russian Patriach Kirill: Strict adherence to coronavirus-related precautions

The Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia, His Holiness Kirill, this week issued an encyclical, reminding hierarchs, clerics and monks in the vast country of the strict guidelines in place to prevent exposure to the Covid-19 virus.
The Russian Patriarch warned that penalties would be imposed when non-compliance was ascertained.
