Serbian Patriarch: Happy to see political changes in Montenegro

The Patriarch of Serbia, His Holiness Irinej this week referred to last Sunday’s election results in the small Adriatic country of Montenegro, telling a news portal that he was happy to see the political changes in that country.

The Patriarch was quoted as saying that:

“I am very happy with the results of the elections and the change in Montenegro. I am especially glad that the new people will have a broader view at the problems. I think that they will use the right ways to solve the problems in that country and that Montenegro will return to the right path, that is, to the one on which it should be.”
