The Holy and Great Monastery of Vatopedi has unveiled new audio series featuring the hymns from the Suppliant Canon of the Wonder-working Icon of the Panaghia Pantanassis, as chanted by a choir of Vatopedi Fathers.
The text of the paraklissis, or supplication, is a poem by reposed Elder Joseph of Vatopedi, and chanted under Athonite verbal tradition.
