TANTA PICTORIAL- The Bells Ring Once More!
After many years of prayer, hope, sacrifice, and tireless work, the historic Church of the Presentation of the Lord to the Temple in Tanta, Egypt, has joyfully reopened its doors.
With the blessing of His Beatitude Pope and Patriarch Theodore II of Alexandria and All Africa, and through the devoted efforts of His Eminence Metropolitan Nikolaos of Tanta and its Dependencies, the church has been beautifully restored and renewed. His Beatitude presided over the Patriarchal Divine Liturgy and the solemn Rite of Re-consecration, marking a truly historic day.
This is far more than the reopening of a historic church—it is the rebirth of a radiant chapter in the life of the Patriarchate of Alexandria and All Africa. It stands as a living testimony that faith, hope, and love are stronger than time and every challenge, and that the light of Christ’s Church continues to shine brightly through every generation.
