The Departure of a Patriarchal Delegation to our Antiochian Parishes in Turkey

As directed by His Beatitude Patriarch John X, and among the tasks of the relief committee launched and followed up by His Beatitude in the Patriarchal Monastery of Our Lady of Balamand, a delegation of Their Eminences Bishops Constantine Kayyal and Arsenios Dahdal, Dr. Walid Dagher, Mr. Ghassan Karam and the student Ilyas Kusoglu of the St. John of Damascus Institute of Theology, departed from Beirut International Airport to Adana Airport.

The relief delegation will spend time with priests, presidents of various associations, and children of our Antiochian parishes in Turkey, wherever they might be, to visit and assess- on the ground – all kinds of damages, so that the relief work committee can – as much as possible – study the urgent and top-priority needs and meet them.
