Visit of the Publisher of The Greek Herald to the Archdiocese of Australia
On Monday, 22 December, His Eminence Archbishop Makarios of Australia received the visit of the publisher of the Greek-Australian newspaper The Greek Herald, Ms Dimitra Skalkos, at the headquarters of the Holy Archdiocese in Sydney.
His Eminence warmly welcomed Ms Skalkos, who briefed him on the progress of the newspaper, while they also discussed current issues concerning the Greek community in Australia, as well as matters of broader interest.
At the conclusion of the meeting, Christmas and New Year greetings were exchanged.
