Voting begins in referendum over constitutional revision in Russia

Voting is underway in Russia over a referendum to amend the vast country’s constitution.
Among the revisions proposed is for a reference to be made in the constitution’s preamble to God, the definition of a family and of marriage as a union exclusively between a man and a woman.
