The funeral service for the reposed Elder Metropolitan of Peristeri, Chrysostomos, will be officiated on Saturday by the Archbishop of Athens and All Greece, His Beatitude Ieronymos. The Elder Metropolitan passed away on Thursday at the age of 84. Chrysostomos stepped down from the Metropolis’ throne last March, citing health reasons.
