Still in the region, the Metropolitan of Nairobi, His Eminence Makarios, remains close to his flock amid the difficult times entailed in the pandemic.
His Eminence and Church volunteers recently delivered food and basic necessities to families whose children attend the St. Kliment elementary school in the Kenyan capital. The aid was financed by donations from Orthodox Christians in North America and Australia.
