Celebration of the Resurrection of Christ in the Orthodox Archbishopric of Ohrid
The feast-day of the Resurrection of Christ in the Orthodox Archbishopric of Ohrid, despite the court persecution on a religious basis, was celebrated this year with a special Eucharistic joy. His Beatitude Jovan, Archbishop of Ohrid and Metropolitan of Skopje, officiated the Holy Hierarchal Liturgy at the Stavropegic Monastery of St. John Chrysostom in Bitola.
His Grace Bishop Bishop Joakim of Polog-Kumanovo and Administrator of Debar-Kichevo liturgized in Kumanovo, while Bishop Marko of Bregalnica and Administrator of Bitola celebrated Paschal worships in Stip. His Grace Bishop David of Stobi and Administrator of Struma celebrated in Skopje.
The feas-day to the victory of life over death was solemnly celebrated in all other liturgical places of the Orthodox Archbishopric of Ohrid.
