The Metropolitan and Russian Orthodox Exarch of Singapore and South-East Asia, His Eminence Sergius, this week held a video-conference with Singapore’s Foreign Minister, Vivian Balakrishnan, with talks revolving around the establishment of a Russian cultural center and Russian Orthodox Church on the island state.
