Salutations to the Theotokos service on First Friday of Lent to be live-streamed by Orthodoxia news agency, Pemptousia

The Orthodoxia news agency and the online platform Pemptousia on Friday will live-stream the Holy Services of the First Friday of Lent – the liturgy of the Salutations to the Theotokos, the Virgin Mary – from the Catholicos (main cathedral) of the Holy Monastery of Asteriou, beginning at 5 p.m. (15.00 GMT).
Live-streaming services during Great Lent aim to buttress the faithful during a period of spiritual preparation of Holy Pascha (Easter) on May 2.
