An exact replica of the wonder-working icon of the Panaghia Paramythias was conveyed today to the city of Grevena from the Holy & Great Monastery of Vatopedi.
The Holy Icon was conveyed by the Elder Archimandrite Ephraim, the Abbot of the venerable Mount Athos Monastery, and Vatopedi Elders, with the official reception held at the municipality’s town hall.

A litany procession followed towards the Metropolitan Cathedral of the Evangelistria.
